Commander Kenneth Arbuckle of Floyd W Brown American Legion Post 11 of Jefferson was recently presented with a certificate of appreciation signed by Legion National Commander Paul E Dillard. The certificate was for Post #11 successfully achieving 100 percent of its annual membership goal for the 2022 membership year.
Arbuckle comments that it takes a veteran’s loyal commitment to this patriotic organization to reach that goal. “I encourage all veterans to join your local American Legion post. We must stay engaged to support all our local veterans. Support shouldn’t stop when you get out of active service,” he said.
